The initial franchise fee is €10,000-18,000

It is for a five year term. Yes, there is an option to renew to the terms of the then current Franchise Agreement. There is no renewal fee payable, excepting franchisor’s legal costs, if any.

Yes, having received the prior permission of the Franchisor who must approve the new purchaser. If Saburritos introduces the new purchaser, they receive a finder’s fee which is 10% of the sale proceeds.

The Franchisor will set out site selection criteria such as minimum footfall per week and the franchisee must go and secure a location – no agreement or lease should be signed until the site has been signed off by the Franchisor.

Yes, the design needs to be adapted for each specific outlet.

When properly sighted, the Saburritos outlet by its very visible nature attracts trade. A preopening and post opening program will be provided.

These are obtained from Franchisor nominated suppliers or the distributor of that equipment in the relevant market.

There is a 6% Management Services Fee and a 0.5% International Promotional/Marketing Levy. These fees are based on turnover net of VAT.

The meat, vegetables and all products are specified by Saburritos maybe purchase locally once they meet the required standard.

It is vital that consistent quality products are sold from each and every Saburritos outlet. The Franchisor will conduct quality control visits as ‘spot checks’ to keep quality under scrutiny with a points scoring system. It is reviewed by a comprehensive bumper to bumper audit by way of a GEA auditing tool done monthly.
